Revision Policy

We offer revisions based on the package you select. Clients can request unlimited free revisions as long as the core design and concept remain unchanged. Revision turnaround time is typically 48 hours.

Refund Policy / Money Back Guarantee

Once the initial design concepts are approved or a change request is made, any deposited funds become non-refundable unless The Code Reflect cancels or terminates your contract for reasons not related to your breach or non-performance.

Refund Guidelines:

• Before initial design delivery: Full refund (minus 10% service & processing fee).
• Within 48 hours of initial concept delivery: 66% refund (minus 10% service & processing fee).
• Between 48 to 120 hours of initial concept delivery: 33% refund (minus 10% service & processing fee).
• After 120 hours: No refunds (support team may be contacted for resolution).
• No client action for 30 days: No refund, reactivation fees may apply.
• After final files are delivered: No refunds.
• Website packages: No refund once development is complete or site is deployed live.
• Video animation: No refund after storyboard approval.

All refund requests must be submitted to our support team and are subject to approval. For combined packages, if one service is approved, refund is only applicable to the remaining component (if not started). Refunds must be justified with reference to your initial design brief. Designs matching the brief are not guaranteed for refund, but revisions will be offered. Refunds are valid only for good-faith clients. Refunds are not applicable where duplicate orders are placed with other agencies.

Once approved, all rights to the design are transferred to The Code Reflect. Refunded content must not be used in any way, and we may report ownership to prevent unauthorized reuse.

Quality Assurance Policy

Our team follows your provided specifications and conducts thorough research to ensure high-quality, original designs. We strive to exceed expectations and deliver excellent results.

Domain and Hosting

We offer free domain and hosting with select website packages. Email accounts included can be configured with third-party applications like Outlook. Each account includes 10MB of space. Hosting is required to use our email services.

Delivery Policy

All files are delivered to your client account on our platform and accompanied by an email notification. Standard delivery is within 5–7 business days. Rush delivery (within 48 hours) is available for an additional $100. Delivery date impacts refund and revision eligibility.

Record Maintenance

We retain a record of your finalized designs. Upon request, we can resend final files at no extra cost.

Customer Support

We provide 24/7 customer support through email, chat, and phone. Our team is always ready to assist you with any inquiries or technical concerns.

Communication Policy

The Code Reflect is not responsible for communication from unofficial email addresses or phone numbers. Only trust communication from our verified contacts ([email protected]) or those listed on our website.

Every logo or design we create is made from scratch, ensuring originality tailored to your needs. In rare cases of resemblance, we offer a re-draw. Clients are responsible for securing copyright protection if needed.

On-Hold Projects Clause

If a client does not respond or communicate for 14 consecutive days, the project will be marked "on-hold" and subsequently closed. Reactivation will require a fee.

Reactivation Fee

• WordPress projects: $499 + complexity charges
• Shopify/Custom projects: $999 + complexity charges

Complexity charges are determined based on the specific project requirements.
